Registration:
Registration for the conference takes place through this link.
Registration closes October 15 2018.
Accomodation and meals:
The 2018 conference is centered around the conference hotel Quality Hotel Klubben
Accomodation in double or single rooms.
Leitourgia has negotiated a very attractive rate at the hotel and since most of the meals etc. takes place at the hotel, no alternative will be offered.
The price includes all meals stated in the programme as well as refreshments.
Only drinks other than water shall be payed for by the participants.
Rate in double room is 1300 NOK pr night, 3900 NOK for the entire conference
Rate in single room is 1470 NOK pr night, 4410 NOK for the entire conference
Daily rate excluding hotel room (only meals) is 850 NOK per day, 2550 NOK for the entire conference
Payment for hotel package (and meal package if no hotel room is needed) shall take place at check-out.
Hotel booking is managed when paying the conference fee in the webshops. When selecting single or double room, hotel is booked for the entire conference (3 nights). If you have special needs (an extra night at either end of the conference or only need accommodation two nights) please make a note of this in the comments on the registration or write an e-mail to webshop@leitourgia.org
Conference fee:
Participation in the conference costs 1000 SEK, including the annual membership of Leitourgia. The fee must be paid in advance, through the Leitourgia webshop below.
If payment with credit card is not at all possible, manual payment is enabled in the webshop. You will then be sent an invoice.
Refunds are offered until October 15. After this date, refunds are no longer possible.
